Question 1

What is IPTV?

Accepted Answer

IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers television over your internet connection instead of a cable or satellite feed. With a compatible player app and a stable connection, you can watch live channels and on-demand content on the devices you already own.

Question 2

How does IPTV work?

Accepted Answer

Your player app fetches the live channels and on-demand library over your internet connection using the access details in your subscription. A typical household needs around 15–25 Mbps for stable HD streaming, and more headroom for 4K.

Question 3

Which devices are supported?

Accepted Answer

Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), Amazon Fire TV and Firestick, Android phones and tablets, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, plus Windows and Mac computers. Each device has its own setup guide on our Devices page.

Question 4

How many devices can I use?

Accepted Answer

Every plan on our pricing table covers one device connection. You can install the player app on as many devices as you like, but only one can stream at a time on a single-device plan.

Question 5

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Choose a plan on the Pricing page, then follow the installation guide for your device. Your access details arrive through WhatsApp or Telegram, and you enter them into a compatible player app.

Question 6

What internet speed do I need?

Accepted Answer

We recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps or higher for 4K. A wired Ethernet connection is more stable than Wi-Fi, especially for live sport.

Question 7

What if my stream buffers or freezes?

Accepted Answer

Buffering usually comes down to internet speed, Wi-Fi signal or the player app itself. Our Troubleshooting page walks through checking your connection, switching to Ethernet, updating your app and adjusting player settings.

Question 8
