Terms of Service

By accessing WatchUSAIPTV.com or subscribing to our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or the service.

We provide a streaming service that delivers live channels, on-demand content and sport over the internet to compatible devices. Service features, content categories and availability may change over time.

Subscriptions are offered for the terms and prices shown on our Pricing page, in US dollars. Subscriptions are prepaid for their term. Because access details are provided upon activation, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once issued.

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your access details private, and to use the service only for personal, lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection and compatible device.

Each plan covers one device connection. Sharing your access details beyond that limit, or reselling access, is not permitted.

We work to keep the service available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant subscription term.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
